These terms apply when you use this website or buy any service from Maverick Research, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
1. What we do
We provide website design and hosting, search and AI visibility work, email campaign setup and management, lead generation, and related marketing services. The exact scope of any project is what we agree with you in writing before work starts.
2. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site are starting points in US dollars and are not a binding quote until scope is agreed in writing. One time services, such as a website build, are billed up front unless we agree otherwise. Ongoing services are billed monthly. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and by paying you also agree to their terms.
3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Monthly plans automatically renew each month at the stated price until you cancel. Your billing date is the date you first subscribe. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops the next renewal. Cancelling partway through a paid month does not create a refund for that month, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We will give reasonable notice before any price change to an existing plan.
4. Refunds
Custom work is refundable only for the portion not yet started. Once design or setup work has begun on a website, campaign, or other custom service, that work is non refundable because it is done specifically for you. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded for partial months. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Your website and ownership
When your website build is paid in full, the finished site is yours to keep, and your domain is registered in your name. If we host the site for you, hosting continues on a monthly or yearly basis as agreed, and you may move the site elsewhere at any time.
6. Acceptable use and hosting limits
Hosting covers standard business websites, meaning static pages, images, and forms, under fair use. It does not include heavy web applications, video hosting, streaming, file storage services, or anything that needs a server side backend. Those can be quoted separately. You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend service for content or activity that breaks these rules or puts our systems or providers at risk.
7. Third party services
We rely on third party providers to deliver our work, including a hosting network, a payment processor, a form provider, and email sending platforms. Their performance is outside our direct control, and their own terms and policies also apply to the parts they handle.
8. No guaranteed results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, placements in AI answers, traffic, lead volume, or sales. We commit to doing careful, honest work, not to a specific result.
9. Indemnification
You agree to cover us (including reasonable costs and legal fees) for claims that arise from the content you provide to us, your use of the websites, campaigns, or other work we deliver, and your breach of these terms. This includes claims that your content infringes someone's rights, that a list you asked us to email was sent without proper permission, or that a claim you asked us to publish was inaccurate. This clause does not make you responsible for our own wrongdoing, and we remain responsible for our own work.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here with its effective date is the one that applies. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let current clients know.
